Born to Move – Autism initiatives are delighted to introduce Born To Move™ classes to our list of innovative Health & Activity programmes. – Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership (CYPSP)

Born to Move™ is a 45 minute class promoting physical activity, the music is written for the class with lyrics that act as sung instructions leading children through simple moves that build body awareness and balance. The emphasis is on fun as kids develop awareness of their bodies. Classes are fully structured and instructor Jo will inspire a love of movement in every child!

Children should dress in comfortable clothes they can easily stretch and move in. A parent or caregiver will also be taking part, so comfortable clothes are recommended for you too!
