“A Scorecard for the Family Support Hubs has been developed using an Outcomes Based Accountability framework.
This approach is used to evaluate the Network of Hubs across N. Ireland and ensure improved quality of access for families and children to early intervention services within a given locality. By measuring “how much did we do “ ,”how well did we do it “ and “did it make any difference” data is collated each quarter which enables identification of the number of families impacted, the responsiveness of services to need and the impact on services providers and families of greater co-ordination and collaboration across the statutory ,voluntary and community sectors.”
