Have your say to help improve how complaints are handled in health and social care

May 2014

The Health and Social Care Board is asking members of the public who live within the Western Health and Social Care Trust area to get involved in helping to improve how complaints are handled in health and social care.
A public focus group will take place in St Columb’s Park House, 4 Limavady Road, Londonderry, on Monday 9 June 2014 at 2pm.

The purpose of the focus group will be to seek the views and opinions of those who have made complaints across the health and social care system since 1 April 2009, or those who wanted to complain, but did not.
If you would like to come along to this event you will need to register in advance.

To register phone 028 9536 3893 or email learningfromcomplaints@hscni.net by 23 May 2014.

When registering please tell us if you require any assistance to help you attend.
If you are unable to come along to the focus group but would like to provide comments, please email complaints.feedback@hscni.net and include your contact details if you would like us to respond to you.
