The Larne Locality Planning Group was awarded a commendation for ‘Larne Young People Have Your Say’ event in November 2011. This event enabled children and young people living in the Larne area to join in and get involved in planning at a local level. Children and young people expressed their views about service needs, gaps and what works well in their area. Their participation contributed to the Larne Locality Planning Group Action Plan.
