Additional Info / Availability: For families resident in the Western Trust area. This evidence based programme aims to improve the relationship between parent and teenager, whilst supporting parents to navigate their way through raising an adolescent.  The programme consists of 8 modules covering themes such as teen development, parenting styles, problem solving, self esteem, rules and boundaries, risk taking behaviour, etc.
