UK Alliance publishes report ‘Breaking the Cycle of Disadvantage’

The UK Alliance for Investing in Children has recently published the report ‘Breaking the Cycle of Disadvantage’  outlining the principle legislation, policies and programmes for tackling child poverty in the four nations that comprise the United Kingdom (UK), namely England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

The report contextualises the four nations against the poverty target within the Europe 2020 framework and the European Commission (EC) Recommendation on Investing in Children: Breaking the Cycle of Disadvantage.
