Training Seminar:- This seminar is relevant to both members of the legal profession and agencies working with or on behalf of ‘children in need’. The seminar will consider:
- The rights of ‘children in need’ in domestic and international law with reference to relevant case law
- Duties to provide services for ‘children in need’ under the Children (NI) Order 1995
- Protecting the equality rights of ‘children in need’
