CES Graduate Intern Programme

Our Graduate Intern Programme recruits recently qualified graduates or post-graduates and provides them with a full time structured training programme. The programme combines professional and personal development and work experience, over a period of 12 months.

The aim of the programme is to develop a new generation of graduates with specialist experience of implementing evidence informed services, and the translation of evidence into policy and practice to improve outcomes for communities, children and young people in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The graduate interns will have the potential to work in a wide range of settings, including government departments and service providing agencies and organisations in Ireland, Northern Ireland and further afield.

“The Graduate Intern Programme at CES offers a supportive and engaging learning environment. The diverse portfolio of projects that I worked on provided me with the unique opportunity to enhance my existing skill set while developing new ones. The experience has given me the skills and confidence to pursue my career goals and I cannot recommend the programme enough.” Ciaran O’Donnell, participant in the 2015/2016 CES Graduate Intern Programme.
