Hubs provide family support through a multi-agency approach in NI

CYPSP welcomed Denis McMahon from OFMDFM to the first CYPSP meeting of 2014 this month. The Programme for Government (2011-2015) is committed to Delivering Social Change (DSC) through longer term/mainstream approaches to tackle poverty and social exclusion via the DSC Framework. The CYPSP provides a multi-agency approach to improve outcomes for children and young people, of which the continued establishment and development of CYPSP Family Support Hubs in Northern Ireland has been supported as a signature project through DSC funding.
