UNCRC Recognise every Child’s Right to Play

Following the 13th International HIA (health in all policies) conference in Geneva, Switzerland from 2-4 October 2013, the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child has adopted two General Comments from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The General Comments are;
-No.17 (2013) on the Right of the Child to rest, leisure, play, recreational activities, cultural life and the arts (art 31) and;
-No.15 (2013) on the Right of the Child to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health (art 24)
