Parenting NI are currently working with the Department of the Environment and consulting with parents on plans to extend seat belt legislation for children (aged 3 – 13) on buses and coaches.  The Department of the Environment (DoE) welcome your views on where responsibility should lie for ensuring that seat belts are worn by such young passengers.
