Help and Support for Domestic Abuse

Domestic abuse can happen to anyone and can include physical, emotional and sexual abuse. Victims of abuse can often be coercively controlled and have limited access to friends, family and finances. Please know that regardless of your circumstances help is available.

Social Services are responsible for ensuring the safeguarding of young people under the age of 18. If you need help or have concerns for the welfare of a young person you can speak to social services.

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) can be contacted in an emergency, outside office hours on 03448920908. They may be able to provide emergency housing or specialist advice.
