The EU Settlement Scheme: how to remain in the UK after ‘Brexit’
Did you know:
– EU citizens who live in the UK up to 31st December 2020 and are NOT British or Irish citizens (including double citizenship), should apply for Settled Status, if they want to stay in the UK and keep their rights; the deadline to apply is 30th June 2021;
– the above applies also to CHILDREN, even those born in the UK;
– UK RESIDENCY CARDS will not be valid after 31st December 2020 – they should be replaced by Settled Status;
– UK citizens who got their Settled Status obtained, will be able to travel to and from the UK using either their passport or national ID card up to 31st December 2025.
