Parents visiting stands at Autism Cafe held in Western Health and Social Care Trust Autism Cafes. The Purpose of the Western Locality Planning Groups is to carry out outcomes based integrated planning for children and young people at the level of geography which makes sense locally, making improvements in the six high level outcomes for local children & young people and ensuring issues identified are addressed locally & through the strategic planning processes.

The Role of each Locality Planning Group is to be a partnership between local children, young people, families, communities & representatives of agencies to draw up a locality plan to address priorities identified through outcomes based planning and to mobilise local resources from the statutory, voluntary and community sectors to address these priorities. This work will be carried out within the context of the Children & Young People’s Strategic Partnership.
