We know a rise in food costs have put pressure on many households, which is why the Public Health Dietitians group have created a webinar series focusing on how you can eat well on a budget. From batch cooking to saving on your food shop, there are lots of tips and tricks you can use to save some money this summer and make healthier choices.

What will happen at this event?

Dr.Suzanne Zeedyk, Research Scientist, and Sally Hogg, Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Research on Play in Education, Development and Learning (PEDAL) will share their expertise on Infant Mental Health.

You will also hear lived experiences of service users, and examples of good practice in infant mental health work in NI.

The refreshed IMH Action Plan in NI will also be launched at this event.

Who is this event for?

Local practitioners, policy makers, voluntary/community representatives, academics, students, parents, and service users.

Who is hosting this event?

This is a partnership event, co-hosted by members of the Regional Infant Mental Health Implementation Group, including the Public Health Agency, Health and Social Care Trusts, and voluntary/community members of the Stronger from the Start Alliance.

This event will take place over Zoom on 12th October from 9.30-1pm .
