Did you know that some non European citizens can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain through the EU Settlement Scheme?
It does not matter what your nationality or immigration status is: if you have been in a relationship with a Northern Irish / British / Irish person for at least two years or are married, you may be eligible to apply.
Some people think that only European citizens can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme. This is wrong: asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers from African and Asian countries have been able to secure immigration status through this route.
