Deferral of Pre-School or Primary school places
Parents or guardians of some children can now choose to defer school places by one year. This means that children born between 1st April and 1st July (including both dates), or any premature child who was born before 1st April but was due to be born on or after 1st April, are eligible to defer pre-school or primary school this year if they choose. GCSE Revision Guides
Education Minister Michelle McIlveen, has announced an investment in GCSE Revision Guides to support pupils preparing for their examinations.
This is one element of a wide range of additional support which has been put in place to support pupils taking public examinations in summer 2022.
