Domestic abuse can take many forms, including bullying, threats or violence – and young people can experience it directly or indirectly. We’ve produced a guide specifically for young people with @ChildrenSociety and @WomensAid on how to get help:
The Infrastructure and Justice Minister today issued a press release, in conjunction with Translink, announcing free public transport for those fleeing domestic abuse to emergency refuge/NIHE accommodation, where arranged through 24hr DSA Helpline, NIHE or Women’s Aid. This will be available for men, women and their children.
We work with colleagues in @PoliceServiceNI @JudiciaryNI @PCSP_S @Justice_NI @healthdpt @WomensAidNI @NEXUS_NI to tackle #DomesticAbuse. We challenge the perpetrators & support the victims. Read more on our website at https://pbni.org.uk
“Where are you? …I’ve been worried sick” In Surfaces @lexshrapnel and @MPeakeOfficial portray the chilling face of #DomesticAbuse. Watch in full: https://refuge.org.uk/surfaces/
