EWTS- Stress Awareness Month April 2025

This assembly has been created by the Emotional Wellbeing Team in schools to help promote Stress Awareness Month which takes place in April every year.  The awareness campaign from The Stress Management Society aims to increase public knowledge about not just the causes, but what we can all do to combat stress.

This year’s theme is #LeadWithLove

This theme encourages us to approach ourselves and others with kindness, compassion, and acceptance, no matter the challenges we face.

Small acts of love such as  kindness to a friend, or  practicing self-love can spark powerful waves of positivity that ripple outward.

Causeway Neurodiversity WHAT NEXT Fair

Causeway Neurodiversity is holding a WHAT NEXT fair.  At Causeway Neurodiversity young people, adults and families are constantly asking what happens after school or what options are out there to support people through their adult years to include education, training, employment, and social and emotional support.

We have 30 stalls to fill at Lodge Hotel and this will give you and your agency/ service the opportunity to let neurodivergent young people, adult and their families how you can support them in the future.  This event has been funded by the Policing Board as we recognise that those in Education and Employment or in services are less likely to get involved in criminality.
