You are invited to take part in a series of free online training sessions and workshops led by Ed Sipler (South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust) throughout May 2026, aligned with Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May 2026).

Food & Health Essentials training 28 April

Healthy habits can disappear when Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies appear. It’s all about moderation and you can still enjoy a chocolatey treat for the special occasion!  

It’s a good idea to try to keep some healthy habits in place over the Easter period, for example:
